With a degree in International Management from the University of Essex, Alessandra immediately began her career path in HR in international companies such as Boston Consulting Group and Saipem.

She joined HVM in May 2022 as Head of People, undertaking a path of specialization in the different areas of the HR value chain and dealing 360 degrees with human resources development strategy.

A great lover of the sea, to the question "what is your dream in the drawer?" she would definitely answer "To go and live in Lampedusa."
