Rossana was born in 1990 in Milan. She has always been fascinated by her surroundings, an aspect that is reflected in an eclectic professional background dominated by her love of science.

Her studies in Natural Sciences provided an outlet for her passion for observing and analyzing logical processes and naturally led her to transfer her skillset to the role of Executive Assistant.

She started in HVM as Executive Assistant to Domenico Gravagno but rapidly became a supporting figure for the whole Group, running a number of operating activities and overseeing the Legal and HR departments of some of the subsidiaries.

Rossana loves art and theater and takes every opportunity to catch exhibitions or shows in the city. She shares her home with two cats whose misadventures have become a talking point over lunch in the office.
