Passionate about finance from a very young age, Fabio cultivated this passion by obtaining, while dividing his time between study and work, first a degree in Economics and Business Management at the University of Bologna and then increasing his managerial skills by obtaining an EMBA at the Politecnico di Milano.

He developed the desire and tenacity to handle the most complex situations when he began to tread the playing field, first as a player, and then as a soccer referee.

In between, his career path is enriched with more and more important and challenging experiences, leading him to move to Milan in 2019.

In his spare time you can find him immersed, while still with a keen eye on his surroundings, in reading biographies that wind their way through the careers of his leading figures.

He loves traveling, listening to music and playing sports, but his greatest passion remains walking along the beach of his beloved land, Romagna, in the company of his dog.
